For functions of a more formal nature, we offer our “Black and White Affairs” packages. These are “black tie” services suitable for events such as weddings … and can be customized to make sure you and your guests get exactly the food you want, served when and how you want.

We don’t know if you’ll get to the church on time … but we guarantee to be at your reception on time. There’s no awkward waiting while we set up or cook. Our staff is trained to make your special day run like clockwork where the food is concerned.
And because we have the capability to cook for large numbers of people on site (we’ve served as many as 2,500 at a time), no food is cooked elsewhere and then left to stagnate in chafing dishes or warming trays … where you don’t know how long it has been there – and tastes like it.
